Time lag between N-652 & N-445

Interview November 1st 2007 - Second Fingerprints I think was Dec 08 2007 (you should see in my timeline) - Oath Letter Feb 08 2008 and Oath March 3rd 2008

My IO told me within 45days {for columbus ohio}, depending on the court and they usually have oath twice a week. But he said it might be earlier.

For me: Interviewed 12/2007, still waiting for oath. Last status: Name check still pending :-(

What is your DO? What is your time line? USCIS should not be scheduling interviews when name checks are still pending... This is aggravating to say the least.

That was what I thought too, but I guess it is still a hit and miss situation. My time line & DO:

Cleveland, OH.
11/2006 N400 Send
12/2006 FP done
12/2007 Interviewed & passed
xx/xxxx Oath (still pending name check yet be completed per IO)

Wow a year between Fingerprinting and Interview and ontop of that Namecheck still pending when back was it in May USCIS decided not to give Interviews to applicants with Namecheck pending ... how odd

Best of luck to you and I hope you are getting things resolved soon. If not you should try writing your Senator and so on and if that doesn't help call your IO at your local DO ! Since you had your Interview done you are able to call because you go your IO Name !

Well some say after 12 month, some say after 15 month the FP Card at the USCIS expires so you have to retake them.
I personally was told by 2 USCIS Customer Service People and the Lady who took my prints 12 month but others get it after 15 Month

Time between N-652 and N-445 = 9 days.
Time between N-445 and Oath = 26 days.

Entire process (for husband) would have taken about 7 months and 20 days!
I guess I just got lucky. My wife hasn't received her oath letter yet.
