Time gap between visits

Hi,
Is there any law that there should be a gap of 6 months between one visit and another while parents are visiting on a visitor visa?
My parenta are going to be here until October of 2006 and can they come back in Feb 2007 if they have 10 year visa? Will this be an issue and the time gap between those dates are only 4 months?

I have had my parents come more than once a year and it has not been an issue. As long as they do not overstay we should be ok.
