I have filed my I-140 as CP @ Delhi (EB3). My ND for I-140 was 25th March 2003 and am still waiting. I wanted some expert advice, since it is taking ages to get I-140 approved. I am comparing and thinking to go the AOS route.
1. How much time does it take (or is taking ) from the time the I-140 is approved to get the CP interview at Delhi consulate ?
2. How much time does it take in AOS (concurrent) filing from the approval of I-140 till you get the actual GC ??
3. Is it a good option to change from CP to AOS ?? What are the pros and cons.
I would really appreciate your advice and coments.
