Time from 2nd FP to Approval/RFE?

Hi All,

From my browsing in this forum, it appears that one gets an approval or an RFE, approx. 2 months from the date of 2nd FP.

Can gurus shed more light as to whether its the scheduled 2nd FP date or the date 2nd FP was given??
 
If FP2 is generated, I guess the officer returns to the case after 60days and either issues RFE/Approval.
 
Or you may keep on waiting like me after 2nd FP even beyond 4 months....

just crossed 2 months

second FP was scheduled on 8/13 and done on schedule.
and i didn't cut any corners (who knows maybe i'll end up waiting another 15 months . . . i don't want to have to go for FP3 if FP2 expires cause it was taken too early or smth).
