Time frames for NVC, st.loius, PKT 3, interview dates, etc

Hi all

NVC recvieved my 140 from VSC on Feb 7th
NVC created a case# for me Feb 20th.

Can anyone tell me:
(1) how long it will take for NVC to mail PKT 3 to my lawyers
(2) how long st.loius will take to send papers to nvc
(3) upon getting the papers from st.loius, how long nvc takes to send papers to consulate
(4) how long will it take to schedule an inteview.
(5) what is the approx time frame, I\'ll be having my interview at mumbai consulate
