Hi Guys,
I received an RFE and replied to it at the end of Jan 2005, NSC has received it next day. The RFE was to send an EVL from the prospective permanent employer indicating that the terms and condition of the employment petition continue to exist.
I used AC21 in response to the RFE. My I140 was approved more than two years ago (in 2002) when I was working in sponsoring company A and I485 was applied in Dec 2002. I worked for company A for about two years after approval of I140 and after applying for I485. Then I joined company B in Oct 2004 in state MD. I sent an EVL in response to the RFE from company B through my new lawyer but I did not send any pay stubs with my response because it was not asked in RFE. I did not change my address yet even though I am working in another state because I commute to my job during the weekdays and come back over the weekend and mostly I work from home using remote access, plus my family is still settled at the previous address in IL. My questions are
1. Can it affect my case if I did not change my address while I am working in another state? But my family and I still reside at the previous address?
2. How much time usually NSC takes to make a decision after receiving RFE reply in this kind of case? My case is at the last stage for decision now.
3. Is there any chance for some other RFE? What are the scenarios?
Thank you for the opinion.
