time for "SARAS and June Bulletin"

THis is time for "SARAS" post again. I used to start this kind of thread after bulletin in the past. As the EB3 dates not moving I had to stop.

Now is the happy times. Saras, all GURUS please post here what will happen to the Eb3 who have dates in 2002/2003. When can we expect GC? Should we call service center?
 
I am pissed off with June Bulletin.

Hello All,
I know, it is good sign for most of the people...But, I am really bothered to see this as there are more chances that a person on substitution labor with PD later than original labors could get approvals and it could be adding more processing delays also.
