Time for RFE letter from NSC to Attorney

I called NSC IIO last week (Sep 12, 02) and she told me that they sent a RFE on my case on Sep 10, 02. Generally what the approximate time for that RFE letter to be sent to my attorney. Just wanted to know when can i expect the letter.

about 6 days - NSC dispatched on 9/4/02 and my lawyer(lives in Portland, OR) recd by 9/9/02. RFE was about my Non-availability birth cert and child's vaccine report.
