Time for OCI and other sticky issues

You can walk in to the consulate and get a visa. There should not be any problems. You can also apply for OCI while you are still in India.

You need to specify the reason you are requesting for a visa. You should state your purpose.

>Do I need to show a return ticket at the Indian immigration counter?
No idea.
