Hi..I did my biometrics(code 3) last week in Newark...my I-140/I-485 were filed concurrently in July 2004..my I-140 was approved in October 2004..I am not afffected by the retrogression in priority dates..
I've been looking at the 2004 tracker and it seems like it's taking anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months for 2004 filers to be approved after doing their FP..
my question is...do you think I will get my approval in that timeframe(2 weeks to 2 months) or do I need to wait until the Vermont service center begins processing July 2004 cases? They are currently only at March 25, 2004.
