Well folks,

Some are disappointed with VSC over pending EB3 cases. Some are disappointed with EB2 not moving - here is time for another timepass. Even if you do not qualify as EB3 pending or EB2 disappointed one - feel free to join. Everyone is welcome.

It will be nice to know records related to GC/USCIS and YOU. Answer any which you feel you want to(and quote the question too). Feel free to add any question which you think may qualify for record(s). Also put your claim. (See example I below). If you do not qualify, still feel free to post(See example II below).

1. How many LCs have you got filed till date?
2. How many approved LCs do you have on this date? Break as per service centers.
3. How many 140 has been filed for you?
4. How many 485s have been filed for you? (spouse combination or you alone)
5. How much time it took for your LC approval? (shortest span and longest too)
6. How long have you been in queue for 140? (shortest span and longest too)

This time I will start with myself.

Example I:

Record: How much time it took for your LC approval?
24 Months.
Claim: Longest span for LC.

Example II:
Record: How many 140 has been filed for you?
Just 1.

6. How long have you been in queue for 140? (shortest span and longest too) ... ND 05/2003 (concurrent w/485) / 140-AD – 04/2004 …..

5. How long have you been in queue for 140?- 133 Days and counting.
