Time for 485 receipt notice (EB3 concurrent) in VSC

Hi all
Labor was cleared as EB3, priority date in march '04. I-140 and 485 were concurrently filed(mailed out) on dec 15 2004 at VSC.
How long does it take for the 485 receipt notice to be sent.

I think , they usually take 2-3 weeks . I sent mine on Dec30 and receipt notice came by Jan 20, 2005

I never got my 485 receipts. but it was sent to my employer mailing address and i got a copy of it. Later when i checked the receipt it had my employer address on it and found out that they put their mailing address on my 485 application which i eventually changed it. so you to have to check whether something happened like that.

To keep you from leaving the company some cheap employers will put their own address on your 485 petition. You should have checked your I485 petition thoroughly when you signed it.
