Time between approval and passport stamped?

Approval of 485 or 140?

After 485 you can do it once you get the receipt, I believe.
The 485 takes months--maybe years--after the 140. And this
also depends on your service center.
I\'m at VSC, EB1, and have a 485 RD in August, ND October, FP
February and am still waiting. There are virtually no August
approvals yet from VSC (some from CSC) and many still waiting
from March/April/May.
Some think your home state also makes a difference.
