Time betn AVM change and actual posting by INS

My AVM had changed as approved on Thursday, but the date on the mail reflected tuesday on the INS stamp.

This means INS despatches notices 3 days after the AVM has changed.

I guess it's random....It depends how they clear up their mail room........For me, it was mailed the day after it was approved...
