Time after response to Ad.

Hi,

Does anyone have an idea of the time frame for the following ?

My PD was sometime in June 2002. Non-RIR application. So lawyer got resumes this summer ( 2003 ) and fwded to my Manager. Manager has rejected all the resumes.
I dunno if lawyer sent the rejections back to DOL.
So how much time will take for labor assuming that lawyer sent the rejections, say today, Nov 10 ? :confused:

If you have had experiences with this, please do let me know. I would appreaciate any possible estimates on the time.

Also, once the labor is done, are the next 2 stages any quicker ?

The processing time depends on the DOL region you belong to. I noticed your location as "Boston". Assuming this is your DOL center, current trends point to an approval date of around 2 months from the date you mail out the Ad. response details. See recent discussions in the Boston DOL thread for examples.
