Little bit about your case, like whether was it based on pending green Card? Was it a H1-H1 revalidation?

I am on my 10th year H1B. I want to get my H1B and H4 for my wife revalidated for three years (10th, 11th & 12th) based on approved I140. Do you see any issue?

Did you meet/see any other guys like me (revalidation based on pending GC) got their revalidation without any issue?

1. Finished finger prints
2. waited for 3hrs for interview
3. Vo: Good morning
me: Good morning.
VO: Passport and forms please
me: here it is, and submitted the same at the window
VO: Checked the document and asked still are you working in the same company
me: Yes
Vo: How long
ME: XXX years
VO : Can i have the latest pay stub ?
Me : Gave the latest pay stub.
VO : Your visa will be issued. go and pay the $50 at the cashier and come by 3pm and collect the passport
Me: Thanks a lot
VO: Take care.
I just went to lunch and came back some what 250pm and waited at the side of the consulate there we you get your passort at 3:30 they called my name and collected the passport and came to border and renewed my I94 and reached my home by 8.00 oclock.
