ties to your home country

I have been in the US for about 10 years (F1 -> OPT -> H1).
I'm going to Montreal next month for revalidation (visa stamping).
What documents should I bring as the "proof of binding ties to a residence outside the United States?"
I don't remember what I brought 3 years ago for the initial stamping.

As a H1 visa applicant you are not required to show proof of ties to your home country. Infact I have been asked twice when having my H1 renewals stamped whether I will be applying for a green card and I have said yes. So this should not be a problem.
