Attorney Murthy : Cases way outside the processing times, generally a minimum of 4 months outside that particular service center's processing time, requires the attorney on record with the USCIS to contact the particular service center either directly or through the AILA Liaison, depending on that particular service center's policies and preferences. Sometimes, contacting one's senators or Congressional representatives can help too.
