Three RFE or 1 RFE, please help!

I don\'t understand one thing. Me, my wife and son all have same AVM voice which says RFE mailed on Feb08. But I only received my wife\'s RFE notice on Feb19. I am the main applicant. After I replied my wife\'s RFE on Feb21, AVM of my wife\'s changed to RFE received on Feb28. But AVM of myself and my son\'s still says RFE is issured on Feb08. Did the other two RFE for myselfe and my son get lost? Or just because my wife\'s RFE so myself and son\'s AVM get changed accordingly.

Anybody get same experience?
 
Same case here for me

Me and my wife were issued RFE on 02/07. Got RFE for myself only. Responded on 02/25 and AVM changed on 02/22. However, nothing for wife yet. So called INS last week and requested for reissual of wife\'s RFE. I suggest you do the same for yourself and your child.
 
Is there any trick to connect INS quick?

I tried 402-323-7830 for thousand times and never get through. Is there any other number to get INS? what is your experience to call INS?
