THREE labor for one person...any one???

Friends, Any one applied more than ONE labor in different states?

One of my friend applied THREE (2 from the same employer, 1 from different empoyer), heard that the latest labor ONLY will be processed? is that true?

I filed 2 from Different states. 1st from NJ in Nov 2002 - no news on this one yet.
The 2nd from Chicago in Aug 2003 - Cleared State and then stuck in federal, received letter from Dallas BEC.
I was checking with my Lawyer if I could cancell the case filed from NJ and retain the priority date -- anyone is this possible?
I did not hear anything that only the last case will be processed - would be intrested to hear feedback from the guru's.
