Now I am sure that FP notices are sent based on RD (not ND), because in this batch I got my FP notice and if it followed ND order then I shouldn\'t get this time! Now I am not sure about processing order of AOS aprovals! May be for AOS they are considering that "Priority Date (which is actually RD)" that is printed on FP notices for processing order!?!?! I am sure that AP and EAD followed ND though!
Regarding AVM message update(s) recently. Looks like several people got their message updated on 12/29 saying "..got FP info.. processing resumed.." In the past, several people discussed on this topic that when FPs are returned from FBI to INS they stay on some nation wide system (#1) then some misterious batch process moves them from that system to local system (for e.g. CSC system)(#2). May be this time that batch process ran on 12/29. Note that this new AVM message updating process (w.r.t. FPs) started recently.
I hope and wish that the New Year brings more approvals, less processing time, less problems. Happy New Year every one.
