In immigrationwatch.com CSC is approving July, August and Sept 2003 and we in NSC stuck in 2002 cases. I wonder if someone from NSC is reading what we feel in this site.

In CSC, many 2001, early 2002 folks are still waiting so how fair is it that 2003 folks are getting approved? Atleast NSC is not as random as TSC and CSC and many 2002 cases are getting approved. It is not going to improve the backlog reduction (and is very selfish to say the least) to expect 2003 cases to be approved when there are several 2001 and 2002 cases pending!
In TSC and CSC people see cases anywhere from late 2001 to even 2004 getting approved - this is totally ridiculous! The unpredictability of approvals make the wait even more harder to accept.
I only hope NSC continues the pace that they have adopted the last few days and clear the backlogs ASAP and try to catch up. I prefer a sequential approval method rather than a haphazard and random approval where no one know when they will get approved!

i agree with windsor that fairness is extremely important. it should be processed sequencially in the order it was recieved.

I agree, the only thing I can add is we need a process, I am trying to figure out how NSC is working on 485 cases, it sounds to me RANDOM...all 2002 cases and some of 2003.
Predicted approval date for my case according to immigration watch last week was if I am lucky Nov 2004 if not May 2005 and this week if I am lucky Jan 2006 if not April 2007...
I know they depends on the latest stats from NSC.

I would rather rely on pure luck than the prediction from immigration watch
