I'd like to send a FAX inquiry as IIO suggested. But don't want to deal with the lawyers. Hope I am not the only one here who wants to do the same.

Basically, I don't know anything about this process but the fax # of the Division IV:

(949) 389-3055

Anyone who already sent the fax, please share the format that can be used to trigger at least a resposne from them.

Look at page 38 and 39 for the format. Instructions are very clear.

Thanks. Very clear:

"Do not send in an inquiry until 30 days beyond the current JIT date. "

Mine is exactly @ JIT date.

I doubt the JIT move forward in this year.

Sent a Fax Inquiry today

I sent a Fax Inquiry on my wife's case today by myself. Her RFE Response was received on Dec 18 and more than 90 days have passed. I will upate if I get a response from BCIS
(like that will happen ).
Any way hope is a great thing.
