I am starting this thread to track the progress of EB2 cases applied before retrogression started (Sep30,2005).

My Details:

PD: July 27, 2005
EAD approved: Dec 2005
Wife's EAD approved: Feb 2006
I131 approved for me: Feb 2006
I131 approved for me: Processing after RFE
Wife 485: LUD 3/28/06
Mine 485: Dec 18, 2005

BTW: My wife is Canadian and I have used Cross Chargeability but I will never know if they used Canadian quota or Indian till I get faster 485 approval
 
My situation is similar to urs except cross chargeability. I have recently filed for 3 year H1B extension. Could someone tell me if I need to renew my EAD which is valid until September 2006. Will appreciate your input
 
Could you please start another thread for the people who applied AFTER sep30 2005?
I was trying to start a thread, but I found that I couldn't do that.
