Thread for AP/EAD renewal filers

Let's summarize here what documents need to be sent along with AP and EAD applications in order to avoid RFEs.
Let's also assume that we are going to file on our own both applications in the same envelope (OR SHOULD IT BE COMPLETELY SEPARATE???)


-form I765 (for EAD renewal)
-form 131 (for AP renewal)
-copy of old I-765 (EAD) approval - take from lawyer?
-photocopy of old I-131 (parole) - take from lawyer?
-photos
-copy of notice of I-140 approval - take from lawyer?
-photocopy of old EAD card (both sides)
-marriage certificate (for spouse)
-copy of I-485 receipt notice - take from lawyer?


Did I miss something or/and put something extra?

one more doc for I131 is the letter which explains why you need AP.

What do you write for explanation on why the applicant needs AP ? Is there a letter format ?

I don't think there is a format. I guess you have to be creative, make up any reason you can think of. (Don't curse your family member to get sick or something.)
