We received our 485 approval on 1/23/01 and my wife is on vacation now. I send the AP doc to India and I am planing for a trip to India. My attorney after doing some research told me that I should stamp my pp before I leave the country and for my wife she should show AP at the time of arrival. He said since we will be coming together they (INS) there could be some issue here is what he said,
" It is unlikely that INS would raise any questions when your wife re-enters the U.S. using her advance parole - although to the extent you re-enter the U.S. and go through identical lines at the Airport together this may highlight the issue. ".
I don\'t know what to do. Do you see any problem here?. PLease help,
