Lately, I’ve seen posted a lot of cases with I-140 still not approved. I was wondering whether VSC will start to apply the concurrent adjudication policy, similarly to NSC and TSC.
In that case, AC 21 will stop having any meaning, and the idea of providing some employment flexibility and relief will become obsolete.
In the same time that could be an advantage for those who already have the I-140 approved and waiting for the adjudication of the I-485, as long as the VSC is reducing the workload, necessary to approve the I-140’s.
