Hi all:


I am getting really frustrated with the transfer of my I-485 (EB1) to the local office in Pittsburgh. I'd like to have an idea of how many of you are in the same situation, as well as, additional information that you can offer. I would really appreciate very much your input.

when was your EB1 approved, howmany months it took? and its how long that you applied for 485? Mine is also EB1-OR,waiting for approval for last 11months and wih the trend that I read, mine will also be transferred to pittsburgh. Pl post your info.

When you ask about EB1, do you mean I-140? I-140 was aproved in several months; I dont remember exactly, but a fair estimate would be about 6 mo. I485 was received by INS towards de end of Nov 2001.
