H4 to GC---How?

My i-485 has been approved on April 26 2005, and i got married on Feb 2005.
Due to Visa appointment issues my wife got her h4 visa in September 2005. She is in USA now. I have received the CARD in August and UCSIS asked me to fill i-824 for some missed biometric documents.

can i apply for a GC for her? please let me know.

If your I-485 was approved in April, then your wife should not have gone for the H4 interview in September. It appears that her H4 is questionable at the least. You can file her GC only if your/her priority date is current; if both of you were born in India or China, then you will have to wait. Her present status in the US is questionable and sort this one out with an attorney.
