hi guys,
did you hear anything from VSC. i know your nd is very close to mine and i wondered if you got any news by now. Out of curosity i called VSC yesterday and the lady said it will take another 4 months. I see other people getting RFE or approval and maybe a case transfer to local ins office. I wonder if you guys contacted VSC and they told you something different. Please share info if you happen to know something. thanks in advance.
My RD is 12/99 and nd is 1/2000, country others
cheers,

Hasanali,
I call them once a month now. I will be calling them on April 12th and will try to find out. All the info that I got in the past is that they are processing Oct 15 1999 cases and that it will take another 2-3 months. I tried to convince them that others are getting approvals that have the same ND. but they don\'t want to hear it.
Please take their names and ID number so that we can have a record of it. I am loosing patience, and loosing it fast. They still are processing Oct 15 cases and have been doing it now for 3 months.

yes, i would not call them so much since they have no idea what is happening with our cases. i am just like you and sick of waiting. i just dont know what\'s taking them so long to process an application.
on the other hand we may get straight approval since no RFE has been issued for our cases. so let us keep our fingers crossed and hope for the best. that is all we can do.
bye

I agree with you, but I still will keep once a month and keep you informed. I have been hearing 2/3/4 month for waiting for the last 4 months. Hope the end of this painfull process is in the air.
Hasanali, lets keep in touch.

Folks,

Don\'t you worry. I know it is a long process for all of us now. As far as I see, by checking the immitracker, VSC already started late December \'99 and January \'00 cases . Of course, we don\'t know how many people before you; but I think you will get your approvals pretty soon. It looks like the cases generally got processed between 400-480 days since the notification date for people from other countries.
