RD: Dec5 2001
ND: dec 7 2001
FP1: Jan 2 2002
FP2: apr 18 2003
RFE: APr 10 2003

and the funny thing is...i did not recv the rfe notice at all.....i am not sure if the rfe is for FP....
does anybody think that the status means approval?
 
This can seem silly, but are you sure you typed your case correctly? I know that with the online system this is more difficult to happen, but I saw cases in the past where the message sounded funny and it was because of an incorrect case number entered.

If it is an approval let me be the first one to congratulate you.

My 2 cents.
 
I hope it is your approval - it would mean Dec cases have finally started.

Congrats in any case - some movement is better than nothing at all.

update.....this does not mean approval

just spoke to the iio
as i had mentioned, i did not recv the rfe...all this confusion sis because of the fact that the second FP notice and the rfe date were the same (apr 10 2003)

apparently the rfe mail was returned to ins (my attorney office location has changed)....so ins has mailed back the rfe to my mailing address....i am yet to recv the mail....
short lived happiness....
