Employment categories: Item D, paragraph five, of the December 2000 Visa Bulletin (no. 26) announced that changes had been made regarding the application of per-country limits for Employment-based visas. The rapid advance of the March cut-off dates reflect the impact that such changes are beginning to have, and will continue to have for the foreseeable future.
