How could 03 filers get their approvals before 02 or 01 filers? If they are only a few months (2-3) apart, I wouldn't have any problem, but there are sooooo many 01 and 02 filers waiting here with no FP while 03 filers get approvals?

Am I speaking to the wrong people?
 
My opinion-they should not even be 3-4 months difference unless there is a reason-RFE etc. But thats not how we know TSC and probably the entire INS, thats how they operate, whether anyone admits it or not, most of it is all random. Since all of us are in the same boat, I try to be happy for those who got their approvals soon , no sense in getting upset as it affects you and noone else. So be patient and pray your turn comes soon. :)

I think maybe the 03 filers were little bit more than 02 ones..

BTW, chinabee- there is no clear cut explanation to ur "how come" question.
I think maybe TSC started approving cases based on FP expiry dates..I might be wrong..but they might be just looking at that..

There is no absolute fareness in GC process. Rule1: Life is not fare. Get used to it.

I bet after your case being approved there will still be many behind you while their cases have much earlier ND than your case.

Feel better and pray for all of those on the boat.
 
I strongly agreed with "xjb" comments.

All is luck, many ppl still wating even they filled 2001. and many shared that recently filled and got approved.

so be patient do all struggle u can, and pray. there is dawn after long dark night.
