This is what last updated date meant

I sent a fax about 5 weeks ago requesting them to issue 2nd FP. My ND is April 2002. On 7th may the last updated date changed for all my cases (previously approved AP/EADs - all three each ). Apparently, this is because they query the database using the A number. I was expecting something (checking online status everyday) and I got something today through snail mail. Received a letter listing all my cases (previously approved ead/aps and pending 485) and informing me that they are working on March 1, 2002 cases and they go by "first come first serve". Asked me not to contact until 30 days past JIT.... Also, they mentioned that new FP appointment will be determined when my cases goes into adjudication. Finally, they ended the letter with the following sentence.

"your cooperation and assistance are appreciated."

Thank god, mistery is solved. I have no reason to check the status 5 times a day anymore.

Good thing mystery is solved.... I was getting so busy checking the last update that I was considering outsourcing that function to someone in India!
