I have noticed a lot of all 99/early 00 approvals on may 1...looks like CSC at start of month is looking at those old cases which became current on that day and then approving them..I have seen at least 5-6 old approvals on may 1 and around..next week should see a spate of new cases approvals....( dec 2000 /jan 2001/ feb 2001 ?) cases
