This is soooo confusing!!!

I just received another notice today from USCIS for my I-130 petition...but to my suprise it came from California Service Center,whereas I sent my forms to Texas and the EAD receipt notice earlier received came from Texas..can they be processing the different papers(I-485,I-765,I-130) in different places???even though North Carolina is not under California center???

All I130 applications of Texas Service Center are being processed in California Service Center. I remember reading about this a few weeks back.
