USCIS is going to drive me crazy.
I submitem all my papers On Apr.12 (130,485,765) and reciepite notice dated at Apr.17 for 765,485.
First I got RFE with print date 0f 5/18/06 and that date was crossed over and hand writen on it new date:7/13/06. A guess somebody lost my paper in the office so I was not to upsset.
I tried contacting USCIS over my wife's I-130 that she filed for me. I tried couple times over past 4 months. After they could not find it, I resend it again.
Today I got reciepit for I-130 from USCIS saying that RDis 4/18/2006 and ND is AUG.18. Is this possible???
Second question is:
If RFE's become more frequent(one every couple days) is this means that I may be closer to interview or EAD.
Please give me some info.
