The BCIS has released a memorandum instructing field offices to expedite I-360 Special Immigrant Religious Worker Petitions and the related I-485 applications so that these cases be adjudicated before the law sunsets on September 30, 2003. This is a very welcome decision, and this site sends salute to William Yates, the Deputy Director of BCIS for operations

man, always somethingelse has high priority. we are doomed all the freaking time.......... :mad: :o :confused:
 
We are always at the bottom of the immigration pile, even below the illegal ones.

There used to be a train in India (I think it ran between Patna and Delhi - called Janta Express? ) which had to wait on the sidelines to even let a cattle-feed carrying goods-train to pass. Needless to say, it took record time to travel the 1000 odd kilometers.

We are all on a Janta Express, my friends.
