INS might take for ever to get "trained" on the new database. Considering the intelligence level of IIOs, I think it is easier to train a chimp on the new database. If cases are piled up till Oct then it will be a nightmare as Priority dates( Not RDs) will retrogess. There won\'t be any visa rollovers this year. So a pathetic situtation will arise. PDs as per shusterman.com will retrogess as much as 3 years for EB3 and 2 years for EB2. Which means if you started before Sep99 you should be fine for EB3,but if you started after then you will have to wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!..

What man, Shantanu, You seem to be having all the information in the world.Are you an advisor at VSC? It seems you dont have a job, apply one at INS, coz even they dont know of some laws that u know. Take up a job thr.....
Why do you have to worry so much about others & keep posting so much information. Please no need to bother urself and type in so much stuff....

Shantanu, How are you so sure of the intelligence level of the IIO\'s?
