Hello,

I've a very simple question. Can a person withdraws his 485 application and do consular processing? Is it possible? If yes what are the things to be done in order to achieve this?
I've been waiting for a long time as others and getting tired of waiting any longer.
Planning on visiting India soon. Going to spend some time finding jobs, house, etc. and if possible go with consular processing.

What do you guys think?

I heard from someone that if withdraws application and do consular processing then you loose your PD. But I could be wrong. Please check with good attorney on this.
