Thinking of calling IIO for FP?

How long does it take once the phone starts ringing to really talking to the IIO, I will be using the phone card so I should
know how many minutes to have on the phone card
 
INS is milking all the immgrants/corporations

But they can't even have a 1800... toll free number,...
when their fees are so high.
 
TSC has increased the number of phone lines.

Nowadays, there is some improvement in connecting to IIO. You will be getting the connection to 214-381-1423 in 2-4 minutes and it will take 5-10 minutes to be connected to IIO.
