Thinking about filing FOIA with USCIS...

starting from June 2nd,2005, you have send your FOIA application to the missouri address. I have sent it to the district office, take a look at the attachment to see what they replied to me.

I mailed my FOIA/PA request a few days ago to Missouri. In it I asked for all relevant files attached to either my name or number and my a-file. I requested an expedited status as I mentioned that I'm in the process of filing a petion in district court and that it is necessary for me to have access to the information contained in my files. Let's see if they buy it.
On the USCIS website it says to file FOIA/PA requests with the National Records Center to obtain one's alien file. In case I end up in court with my petition, I want a copy of my alien file and also want to be able to show the judge that I did try and obtain it in advance.
