Things to bring to the interview at Baltimore office

We just received our interview notices for Jan 10 in Baltimore offices.
EB1 (China), PD 8/99, ND 8/99, FP 6/00, TD 6/00.

The list of documents asked to bring seems very strange: affidavits
from three people to show my wife and me are really married, photos,
lease/mortgage etc.

I thought my application is not family-based. Maybe the notices
contain wrong instructions?

Previous posts suggest that we bring all the things submitted in
I-485 applications (eg publications etc). So what\'s everyone\'s
experience?

We had our passports stamped in Baltimore on thursday. Thanks
to Rajiv Khanna for Doing a pretty good job and also to Gama and Others who maintained the Baltimore tracker.

Good Luck.

You are EB1 but your wife is not. They want a proof that she is your legal wife. I strongly recommed you to take those affidavits with you when you show up for interview. Other papers you must take include the last two years tax returns, letter from employer etc.

Best of luck

Hi Longwait365:
I\'m in a similar situation as you. Could you please send me a sample of marriage affidavit required for interview. Is there any site I can download it from?
Thanks,
