Things getting clearer now for NE trans

After days posting and reposting on this topic. Things are clearing out.

Those remain in CSC: NC pending and PD current. People got FP notices likely that CIC sent out expediting requests.

Those transfered: 1) NC cleared and PD current or 2) PD not current

Let's see what will happen

how did you arrive at this conclusion?

I am still in CSC and most of people like myself who post here were saying their NC is pending and got FP notices. Expediting request is a pure speculation though

Posts from NE transferers showed either PD not current or PD current and NC cleared.

My attorney also says not all applications are moved from CSC to NE. Lets see

Hi Calbears,

You may be right. My NC is cleared a year back but PD is not current. Case transferred to NC.

Thanks.

I don't think they are expediting it. My is still at CSC with NC pending for 2 years and a new FP appointment. No way are they expediting my case for sure, even though everything else was ready about a year ago.

BTW, my NC is definitely not cleared according to CSC's reply a few days ago.

dragonhead,

Is your new FP the 2nd time or 3rd? It seems clear now the new FP notice does not mean anything else but the expiration of the previous one. Let's wait and see if anything happens after we all have FP done in March.

I think CSC is doing some kind of house cleaning: cases ready for adjudication (NC cleared) are transfered to NE and cases with expired FP are requested for new FP. But I don't believe they will send expedite NC requests.

My FP is the 2nd,

I don't think anything would change in March. You and I and many others here are just those lucky ones that have been selected to help the CIS employees pay off their mortgage. Depending on what type of loan they have got, and how they do refinancing, our NC time varies a lot.

I came into this conclusion because CIS recently claims that raising fees helps speed up NC, which they kept claiming that they have NO control over in the past years. So that can be the only logic behind it.
