They've changed something with POJ number?

Hi all,

I think I read a few similar comments in the last couple of days, but I would like to have it confirmed.

I just now tried to call TSC by using the POJ method. Unlike last time (2 weeks ago), however, it said "Your call will be transfered to a customer service representative (I was like "WHAT THE F**K!?!?!)." And once I got in queue holding on, I heard holding music, with occasional "Hold on... the next available agent blah blah... your call is important for us... estimate wait time is ## min..." none of which was not the case with the POJ I experienced just two weeks ago (so I hung up).

So seems to me they've changed something? Anyone able to reach an IO instead of a customer service rep by POJ the last few days?

Same thing - called twice and reported technical difficulties

i called twice - once using POJ and heard "no immi officers at this time, you will be routed to NCCS" and the rep took my EAC number and complained technical difficulties and asked me to call back next week.

I was bummed.

Called again, instead used the 1,2,6 and spoke to another lady who took down information and came back with an answer, difficulties..pls do not hesitate to call back and we will open a service request for you. ****
 
Folks, just an update. I spoke to a Rep yesterday using POJ, Don’t know how far this is true though but the lady gave me bit more info that my case was assigned to the officer which is consistent with the previous rep I spoke to a week back. She went on to day the officer who is handling my case was given a deadline to report the status back to the petitioner by June 15th. I will keep you guys posted with the details

Thanks all. My spouse tried three times today, obviously all calls transferred to the customer service. They were all not the same as the last time when she reached an IO. Maybe like jolpot's case, some tech difficulties or others... I dunno.

Folks, just an update. I spoke to a Rep yesterday using POJ, Don’t know how far this is true though but the lady gave me bit more info that my case was assigned to the officer which is consistent with the previous rep I spoke to a week back. She went on to day the officer who is handling my case was given a deadline to report the status back to the petitioner by June 15th. I will keep you guys posted with the details

I called support center 3 times today and once they took all my information and informed me they will start an inquiry, and couple of times they said "system is down currently call after 1-3 hours" and wish you good luck bla bla.........
Don't know exactly what's happening.
