They used wrong names on NOA

I applied through D.O.R.A in January. When I did not hear from them after a month I infopassed and went in to inquire found out they had lost my paperwork. They investigated and found it on February 15th. So now my case has been delayed by a month. They send my biometrics and NOA together but they used my middle as my first name and did not include my first name at all. Should I just go ahead with the proccess and when I get the green card make changes then? The thing is they don't have an infopass available before my fingerprints. And I really don't want to cancel my infopass to wait for March 5th when they have infopass date available. What must I do? Will that course my name to be stuck in the name check? Is this minor. I am going for my fingerprints tomorrow.

Please advise!

Change now... immediately

You better correct them now before they issue you a greencard. It is better to deal with this matter NOW... NOW... NOW. Tomorrow, raise hell when you go for the FP at their District Office.

You better be stuck in the name check with a correct name than with a wrong name, because the process of correcting your name will be long and difficult. Think about it: now USCIS has a small file of your petition with wrong information, so you better get them to correct this now before they create a pile the size of Empire State Building...

Lastly, you can call the NBC and complain to them about this bull...:(

You need to urgently correct this. It will cause all types of problems. Call the 1-800-375-5283 and inform them immediately and also write them and also schedule an Infopass (if you are able to) and check up on it as much as possible.
