i just learned from new york city bcis that starting august they sent all marriage-based 1-485 cases to missouri, now nyc does not process this kind of application, what does it mean?
i waited for a year and half already. receipt date is 2/2002. how much longer is it going to take, and there is no way to check on your case any more.
