They are clearing the backlog upto Sept 01

They are clearing all the backlog till their year end Sept 30th.

Some October cases are getting through but I guess the concentration is on prior to Oct 2001 cases, RFE cases etc.

This will probably happen till the end of next week i.e. end October and they will then pick up October cases starting Nov excatly 14 months from filing.

So guys dont expect too much next week except for a handful of October approvals.

October 2001 filers will start seeing action in the first week of November...

If some IIO is telling you that they are clearing september backlog then I think he is are lying. Few october cases are getting through is another lie. If we treat rupnet as sample then there are more october approvals that september in last couple of weeks. Now VSC is saying they are processing end of september cases???. Then what happened to the middle and start of septemeber cases??? and what about pending august cases?.
Concusion IIOs are as unreliable as VSC and INS itself.

Ditto.! I too have the same opinion. The IIOs don't wish to make any commitment on when and which dates are being processed.
We get all different answers.

I think of one proverb.. "Beggars are not choosers". We have to get our work done.. so we don't have any say in this.

We 'beggars' (no pun intented) have to wait till someone gives us morsels.
