These Approvals are blah

TSC has done some random approvals for 01 as well, But all of these are no sign of any good behavior from this organization.

I checked status for several of the cases in may, June and July. They remain unchcnged for several weeks. This means that recent approvals are nothing but their normal behavior or randomness, confusion and God knows behavior only.

Guys I believe ther is no reason to be happy with TSC. I believe things will improve only after or close the next year's president election.

Or they will never improve (at least statistics says so).

I WILL NOT BE HAPPY, EVEN THE DAY, I GET APPROVED. AS I KNOW THEY DID NOT HANDLE ANY OF THE CASES AS THEY SHOULD HAVE.

Only God will make the system perfect and he is not visible at all.
 
I agree with you. We should not be feeling happy to see few 2001 approvals. Randomness is still being strictly observed by TSC.

I will feel relieved only when I start seeing approvals in orderly manner for Jan.. Feb.. Mar.. Apr... May... June.......(of course 2001).
Also prior to 23 Jan 2001 cases needed to be cleared fast.

More than 1 year has passed since TSC adopted the policy of randomness . Lawyers,senators,individuals and Several other people form different positions complained. But nothing made TSC to get streamlined. What exactly they want to bring those changes.

The plan to stop randomness is simple.

1) Get the list of all pending cases .

2) accordingly arrange all files in date order.

3) Distribute the pending cases to officers in orderly manner.

I donot think this needs any budget or huge resources which TSC is always crying for. This is purely a clerical work. Then why it is not happening. Two years have passed and we don't have any slightest idea when our cases will be approved.

For past two years it affected all of us in so many ways. My prayers for all of us to put end to this wait..........

I posted the same thing for Why Aug, 2001 Cases, what happend to other people in between .... what they did wrong !!!

What happend to the old cases before Jan 23 ? which they can't still approve and they don't find files ???

They have not following a order or a rule.

Pick some one and get approve ... and say we are doing great stXXXd job.

After some time the same thing happen to all the TSC filers as they will ask you to submit copy of your 485 papers with all documentation which you submitted 4 or 5 years back >>>>

But, why do you think, I have not done it.
Have already contacted three senators, no help guy. They all speak the same language.

Was the help request. I am stuck in TSC hear me and help me kind ? or We a whole bunch of people (here is the petition etc.) are stuck in TSC hear and help kind? Just wanted to find out so that we can gauge the politicians interest in this issue. And were the senators Republican or Democrats?
