TheRealCanadian/Ginnu, I need your help!

Here is my situation:
- I work for company A; Company A started my EB3 application back in 2004 as 'Systems Analyst'; Due to some error at the Backlog Center, the case got closed. Company A sent a letter to re-open the case.
- In the meanwhile in 2006, Company A started my EB2 case (PERM) as a future employment as 'Technical Lead'.
- EB3 case (Systems Analyst) was opened and the labor got approved; we applied for I140 for the EB3 case and it got approved as well.
- When the EB2 (Future Employment - Technical Lead) PERM labor got approved, we applied for I140 and I485, requesting the old priority date of the EB3 case (2004). The EB2 I140 got approved indicating the old priority date of EB3 case (2004).
- Now, after 6 months of the Receipt Date of the I485 for the EB2 case (Future employment - Technical Lead), Company A transferred me to a different state and intends to give me the position of Technical Lead once my GC is approved at this new location. I did send the electronic AR11 document for address change; The latest LUD of 11/23 on my I485 case is probably due to the address change. I was working in the old location using H1B; In the new location, I am working using the EAD document.
- Also, I found out recently that my name check is cleared as of Nov 05, 2007; But due to some reason, my I485 case has not yet gotten approved.

Questions:
- Do you suggest me to send the AC21 papers for having changed my location of work? Not sure if I need to do it, since the application is for 'future employment' and also, it is for the same sponsoring company A. I haven't changed the employer.
- Do you know the reason as to why my case is not yet approved, even though the name check is cleared almost a month back?
- Also, I will be travelling out of country for a couple of weeks using my Advance Parole document. Do you think, I will have any issues when I return?
- Lastly, if my case gets approved when I am out of the country, can I still come back using the Advance Parole document?

Please answer whatever questions that you can; also, please provide any additional tips/suggestions that you may have.

Thanks in advance!

Sending AC21 letter is better Idea. But you may have to send it again if you get an RFE.
Anyway No one can tell why your case was not approved.

Why do you think you will have issues when so many people are using AP ?

in case if approved while you are out of the country you can use AP to re-enter.
